The community centre is located down a stepped pathway from the carpark. The tennis courts are on the left, and the pool and gym are on the right.

There is a driveway through the carpark which can be used by caterers and other services.

Strata schemes may book the centre for meetings.

Residents and their immediate family may book the community centerentre for private functions such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other events. There is a fee for private functions.

Classes and informal groups use the centre as well.

Community groups may book the centre for meetings and events.
-
When the centre is not booked, residents are free to make use of the community centre.

There is a small library collection.

The Community Centre has a kitchen, restrooms and a store room.

There is a smart TV which may be used for meetings or functions.

Rules

Bins empty and all rubbish was taken away

Kitchen is clean

Oven and microwave clean

The fridge is empty and clean

Sweep and/or mop the floor if food or drink has been spilled

All chairs and tables are to be put away

All chairs go in the little cupboard

The small square tables go against the wall

The outside area is to be clean and no damage

No chairs or any items are to be left on the patios

If borrowed, the remote is to be returned in person

Provide photos of the center after cleaning

Private Functions

Use the booking system to book a date and time for your event.

The event will be reserved for you but will not be confirmed until payment has been made to MTS.

Once payment has been made, your booking will be confirmed.

The booking application must be approved by the Strata Rep for your strata.

Access to the Centre for setting up a function, if required, must be included in your booking time.

Long/Evening hire of the Community Centre is $400.00. This consists of:

$200.00 non-refundable Booking Fee
-
$200.00 refundable Security Deposit.

Short/Day hire of the centre is $100 plus $100 refundable deposit.

Payment can be made by EFT to More Than Strata. They will send bank details to you on request.

You must leave the Centre in a clean and tidy state. This includes packing chairs away, placing tables against the walls, leaving the kitchen clean, and sweeping the floor.

After the event, your Strata Rep will inspect the Centre and email MTS to authorise refund of the security deposit.•

The booking is for the use of the Community Centre only. It does not include the pool, tennis courts, or gym.

If you wish to use the grass area outside the Centre you must ensure there is no damage caused to the lawn or the gardens, and that no rubbish is left.

Marquees or tents are not permitted on Community property.

Children’s playground equipment (jumping castle etc) is permitted ONLY if the supplier provides insurance details. Please email these to MTS

Please do not use sticky tape on any walls or ceilings of the Centre.

All rubbish must be taken away at the end of the event.
-
All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
-
You are responsible for the actions of your visitors at all times.

Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be deducted from the $200 Security Deposit and costs in excess of the $200 must be paid for.

The Centre is not available for hire over the period from Christmas Eve until after New Year’s Day. Dates to be advised.

Bookings are not accepted for commercial activities.

How do I get into the facilities?Every dwelling has been issued with one fob that accesses all the facilities during the hours they are open. If you lose your fob you can request a new one. Your old fob will be cancelled. Replacement fobs cost $150. Email to request a new fob.

What are the conditions of using the facilities?See specific conditions for each facility. The following conditions apply to tennis courts, pool, spa, gym and sauna No alcohol No glass No food No pets No children under 16 unless accompanied by a responsible adult No parties Wear appropriate attire

What happens if I disregard these restrictions?If you disregard the restrictions, you will be issued with a breach notice by the HCCA. If you continue to disregard the conditions your fob may be disabled.
