Sauna

Opening hours  

Monday to Sunday 5.00 am to 9.00 pm

Booking is not required.
Enter with your fob.
Turn on the heat using the button outside the door.
The sauna may take 15-20 minutes to heat up.

Our facilities are protected by CCTV.

Rules 

  • Don’t Use the Sauna if you have a heart condition, are sick, intoxicated, pregnant or dehydrated.

  • Wear swimmers and bring a towel to sit on.

  • Enter and exit the sauna quickly as heat escapes if the door is open.

  • Don’t talk too loudly or play music.  Many people use the sauna to relax.

  • Be Considerate of others and make room for others.

  • You can throw water on the sauna heater when it cools but ask others if it's ok.  People have different heat tolerances.

  • Bring a bottle of water but no food or other drinks.

  • Don't stay in the sauna for more than 10-20 minutes.

  • Rinse your seat after getting up by throwing some water on your seat.

  • No children allowed in the sauna.

  • If you are found to have broken the rules, you may receive a breach of rules notice and may have your fob deactivated.
